Villa Matilda is situated 300 meters/yards from the beautiful beaches of Playa Carmen, Santa Teresa and Mal Pais, and a short walk to the main town center, nestled into the Costa Rican rain forest with a garden that creates a special feel to the property.
The house can accommodate 4 people very comfortably, in its 2 levels, the ground floor and the first floor. The airy modernist architecture boasts vaulted ceilings, handcrafted doors, craftsman cabinetry, and elegant wood detailing throughout. The upstairs living area connects to a large outdoor porch and features high ceilings, treetop views, and a spacious seating area, the bedrooms area connects to a pool side deck with hammocks and a sitting area. This house have a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable and decorated with a tastefully natural ambiance, and two master bedrooms with one large bathroom to share.
