Villa Demophile is a luxurious property located in the area of Santa Maria in the famous island of Paros. The Villa is just within a few minutes walking distance to Mikri Santa Maria beach. The property may comfortably accommodate 10 guests and is the significantly close to the vibrant Naousa town. The property is divided into three levels, the ground floor, the first floor and the lower floor villa. On the ground floor, you may find an open plan living & dining area, an open plan fully equipped Kitchen, four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and all with access to the pool area. On the first floor there is a Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and on the lower floor, a playroom with 2 hotel banks, en-suite bathroom and two Staff single bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms as well. The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool with surrounded by a lavish green garden, a shaded lounge & dining area that may comfortably accommodate all villas guests, and sunbeds. The place has one-of-a-kind architecture and is newly built, some would say is made to create for you and your beloved ones a memorable stay and experience.
