Full pre-payment is required upon final date of free cancellation.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival, 50% of the total reservation cost is required as cancellation fees.

In case of cancellation within 3 days prior to arrival, Non show or early departure, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

Booking terms & conditions

Reservations of 5 rooms or more are considered group bookings, and special policies apply, as follows:

In case of a group booking, the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card which is provided with the 30% of the booking cost upon confirmation, and the remaining 70% balance, 30 days prior to the arrival. Those deposits are not returned in case of cancellation or dates’ change.

Children policy

Children bellow the age of thirteen are not allowed for safety reasons.
