Villa Esperia is a brand-new property situated on a hillside in one of Mykonos island’s most in-demand locations on the south-eastern coast, Kalo Livadi. The villa boasts breath taking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the island. The property can accommodate 16 guests and 2 staff. It is stretches in multiple levels: the ground floor and the upper floors and consists of 8 en suite bedrooms in total, which someone can find on the different levels. The unmistakably Mykonian design of the villa, is whitewashed with stone-built elements and furniture in pale tones. Specially designed for enjoying the Greek summer, the villa has sprawling outdoor areas, all with unobstructed sea views and offering different layouts for lounging, dining and entertaining. All bedrooms have outdoor access and some of them private terraces. The villa is equipped according to the highest standards, with a gym equipment, two private swimming pools, a mini spa area, BBQ facilities and lounge areas to relax and enjoy the summer Aegean breeze.
