Noema is a 5-bedroom luxury villa which offer spectacular views overlooking the Aegean Sea and the island of Delos. The property is in a fantastic location in Aleomandra area, only a few minutes away from the popular beaches of Ornos and Agios Ioannis. The property can accommodate 10 guests. It is stretches in two levels: the ground floor and the lower ground floor and consists of 5 en suite bedrooms in total, which someone can find in the Main Villa. Shifting from modern to organic, the terrace’s design is a meticulously orchestrated dialogue between stoned and natural. Modern, comfortable furnishings outfit the terrace to soften the rugged look and provide an ideal spot to sit back and enjoy the warmth of the Greek sun. The same concept is applied to the interior, where the polished concrete floorings and wood-beamed ceilings serve as a backdrop for crisp, contemporary furnishings and a clean, clutter-free décor. The living area is airy and bright, pierced from several glass doors that make it feel like part of the terrace. The bedroom balance warmth and simplicity to create a fresh, modern look. Large windows and glass doors are installed to open the rooms to the striking views and maximize the house’s indoor-outdoor feel.
