Villa Persida is located in Kalo Livadi area overlooking the famous beach of Kalo Livadi, with the equally famous beach clubs Solymar, Nemo and new from 2019 the iconic Blue Marlin Ibiza. There is an expansive view of the Aegean sea and Naxos island at the horizon. The estate can accommodate 24 guests. It is stretches on multiple levels and consists of 12 luxurious bedrooms in the Main Villa and the Guest House with infinity views from the chambers to all the Aegean Sea. The second pool is shallow and ideal for midnight swim or for having the children play as loud as they want while parents get some well-deserved rest by the main pool. The property includes a paddle tennis court and a private nightclub with windows looking into the oversized 3,5m deep lagoon style pool. Also, the tasteful landscaping frames the helipad, the amphitheater and kitchen, where sun lovers and foodies can be equally content. The helipad is available to guests, providing the chance of islands hopping in the Greek archipelagos.
